About me
WHO IS SARAH ROBB?
Hi, I'm Sarah.
My journey with grief began when I was just 20 years old and my world was shattered by the sudden loss of my dad. At 26, I was faced with unimaginable pain once again when my mum died unexpectedly from a brain aneurysm. These experiences shook me to my core and left me feeling lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to navigate my emotions.
Throughout my grief journey, I often felt like I was fumbling in the dark, searching for something—anything—that could help me process the immense pain I was carrying.
That's why I created this journal. It’s exactly what I would have wanted during those difficult times. A safe, compassionate space to explore my grief, reflect on my memories, and find comfort in knowing I wasn’t alone.
